1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases, event registrations, and services provided by Path to Dignity. By purchasing a ticket or registering for our events, you agree to these terms.

2. Event Tickets

2.1 Ticket Purchase

Tickets can be purchased through our official website. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Mollie payment services.

2.2 Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid for one person for the specified event date and location. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly transferred through our official ticket transfer system.

2.3 Entry Requirements

You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) with a readable QR code for entry. We reserve the right to verify your identity at the entrance.

3. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Change the event program, speakers, or schedule

• Change the event venue if necessary

• Cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control

In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund. Changes to program or speakers do not entitle you to a refund.

4. Conduct at Events

Attendees are expected to:

• Behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and staff

• Follow instructions from event staff

• Not record or broadcast without explicit permission

• Not bring prohibited items to the venue

We reserve the right to remove attendees who violate these rules without refund.

5. Liability

Path to Dignity is not liable for:

• Personal injury or loss of personal belongings at the event

• Technical issues affecting the event experience

• Actions of third parties

6. Photography and Recording

Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in event-related materials.
